Our services
We provide fixed-price WordPress website and WooCommerce store builds, together with optional hosting, maintenance, and advertising management. The specific scope, deliverables, and price of any project are set out in the individual quote or order you accept.
Quotes and pricing
Project quotes are binding once accepted in writing and describe exactly what is included. Prices are stated in the relevant currency and exclude local taxes unless otherwise noted. Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, advertising management) are billed for the period stated in your order.
Ownership
On full payment for a completed build, you own the resulting website, its content, and its domain. We build on WordPress so there is no platform lock-in. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content and materials you provide, and for holding the necessary rights to them. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes.
Liability
We deliver our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
