You should be able to explain your project in five minutes, get a short clarification call, and receive a written quote you can actually compare with other agencies. That is the process we have built since 2015, and the only process we offer.
We are part of Wonder Technologies AS and have delivered websites and online stores to over 100 businesses. The quote you get is binding on our side for 14 days, and you are completely free to say no, gather other quotes, or come back later.

Does it cost anything to request a quote?
No. Requesting a quote from HomepageHero is completely free and non-binding. You get both a needs assessment and a binding fixed price at no cost. We do not charge anything until you have signed a quote you agree with. That means you can safely compare us with several agencies before you decide.
How quickly do I get the quote?
You get a written quote with a fixed price within 24 hours on weekdays. In practice we often reply within 2–4 hours. We first do a short 15-minute needs assessment (phone or Google Meet) so the quote actually fits what you need and is not a generic standard reply.
Is the quote binding?
Yes, on our side. The quote is a binding fixed price for 14 days from when we send it. If you sign within that period, the price is locked and cannot change unless you ask for changes to the scope yourself. As a customer you are completely free and commit to nothing until you have signed the quote.
Can I request a quote without knowing what I need?
Absolutely. Many customers know they need a new website, but not exactly what. Choose "Unsure" in the form, and use the message field to outline the business. We use the needs assessment to find the right package, scope and features. It is part of the quote and costs nothing extra.
What do I have to give you to get a good quote?
At minimum: name, email and a short description of the business. Ideally also: industry, an approximate number of pages, which features you want (contact form, booking, online store), when you want it ready and a budget range. More information gives a more precise quote, but we can also guide you through it in the needs assessment.
What if I want to compare with other agencies?
We encourage it. Our quote has a binding fixed price, a concrete delivery plan and a detailed breakdown. That makes it easy to compare with others. Make sure competing quotes have the same level of detail, and that you compare the total price and not just an hourly estimate. We lose nothing if you check the market.
What is included in the fixed price?
The fixed price includes design, development, an SEO foundation, AEO optimization, mobile responsiveness, a contact form, training and launch. Domain and hosting for the first month are often included. What is not included is clearly specified: typically content writing, professional photography and external licences. You see everything in the quote before you sign.
When do I have to pay?
We invoice 50% at the start and 50% at launch. The invoice is sent as a PDF with a 14-day payment term. Monthly services (hosting, maintenance, SEO) are invoiced monthly in arrears. You never pay anything before the quote is signed, and never anything beyond the binding fixed price without a written agreement.
